The Sony Xperia Z features 5-inch 1080p FHD display, 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal memory, 13-megapixels of rear-facing camera with Exmor RS lens, 2.1-megapixels front-facing camera, NFC, Bluetooth, WiFi, LTE-enabled, a MicroSD slot and GPS. Sony Xperia Z runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
