(GSM Insider) - Sony Xperia Tablet Z Officially Unveils, Heading To NTT DoCoMo On Mid-March.

Its Sony time! Sony tablet time! Sony Xperia Tablet Z just unveiled by the Japanese carrier, NTT DoCoMo. This Jelly Bean tablet with model number of SO-03E is heading toward the Japanese market.

Sony Xperia Tablet Z SO-03E is having a 10.1-inch WXUGA display. The WXUGA resolution is higher than the 1080p Full HD. It is powered by 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro and 2GB of RAM. The internal memory is 32GB with supports microSD expansion.

Other features of Sony Xperia Tablet Z SO-03E include water-proof, dust-proof, LTE-enabled, Bluetooth, WiFi and NFC. To make it better, Sony Xperia Tablet Z SO-03E comes with 8.1-megapixels rear-facing camera and 2.4-megapixels front-facing camera. 

This Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean tablet arriving at NTT DoCoMo around mid-March.
