(GSM Insider) - Sony Searching For Buyer Of Sony CIty Osaki Building.
In recent months, Sony suffered losses on its businesses. Many of its sub-businesses are not performing well and the company being affected indirectly.
According to latest source, Sony is considering to sell off its Sony City Osaki Building that located at Tokyo. The price of the building is around $1 billion to $1.3 billion.
After sell off the building, Sony will continue to work at the building as tenant. This building is 124000 square metre and 25 floors in total. There are more than 5000 Sony employees.
This news is yet to confirm by Sony. We shall see how Sony response to this matter.
