Ultra Thin Vivo X1 Launch Date Confirmed On November 20, 2012

(GSM Insider) - Vivo is a smartphone maker from China that rise to popular recently in Chinese market. It produced numerous new smartphones up to date. The latest news from Vivo confirmed the launch date of Vivo X1 is on November 20, 2012.


The Vivo X1 is the next flagship smartphone from China. According to rumour, the thickness of Vivo X1 is only 6.55mm. If this is true, it will overtake Oppo Finder as the world's thinnest smartphone. The Oppo Finder currently has 6.65mm of thickness. The display of Vivo X1 is 4.7 inches with 720p HD resolution.

It is said that Vivo X1 comes with Exynos 4412 quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM and 8 mega-pixel camera. The battery capacity is 2000mAh and it supports Qi Wireless Charging. The Android version is 4.1 Jelly Bean. There will another version of Vivo X1 which is based on dual-core processor. Its processor is a MediaTek MTK6577 dual-core and the RAM is 1GB only. 

The price of Vivo X1 quad-core is around RMB $3000 and the Vivo X1 dual-core is around RMB $2500. There will be free headphones available since Vivo X1 is a music smartphone.
