Leaked Document Hints Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 and Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 To Get Jelly Bean Soon

(GSM Insider) - The close relationship between Samsung and Google is something good for Samsung users as their products always receive updates ahead of others. Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is the first non-Google brand device that introduce the Jelly Bean operating system. Galaxy Nexus and Nexus 7 tablet are the first to introduce Android Jelly Bean operating system. And now, Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 and Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 set to become the next devices to receive Jelly Bean.


Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1


According to sources from India, they have received the OTA updates of 4.1 Jelly Bean for both Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 and Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0. The Jelly Bean version for both are the same at Android 4.1.1.


For the Jelly Bean update, only Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 with the model number of GT-P3100 and Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 GT-N8000 mentioned in the leaked document. There are not much information on same devices but with other model number yet. Although the information from India, we expect Samsung to release Jelly Bean update for these devices sometime in the future.  [Source]
