Verdict

From overall performance, the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 (II) won convincingly. But the Windows Phone 8 operating system restricted the Samsung ATIV S for running only on dual-core processor. The camera of both devices are same quality. Perhaps Samsung should equipped Galaxy Note 2 with higher quality camera. But the 2GB RAM of Note 2 is suitable for the Jelly Bean while the 1GB RAM suitable for the dual-core processor. Note 2 or ATIV S? Your choice! [Source]
