Both WCDMA and CDMA2000 Versions' iPhone 5 Gets Approval, Gives Us The Official First Look of Chinese iPhone 5

(GSM Insider) - As the time nearer to beginning, it means the time for the launch of iPhone 5 in China getting nearer. China is one of main market for Apple due to the large number of population. 

In the latest documents from Telecommunication Equipment Certification Center showed that the iPhone 5 approved to launch in China.

There will be two different versions for iPhone 5 in China. The first is iPhone 5 that compatible with WCDMA network. WCDMA iPhone 5 (A1429) is the one offers by China Unicom. Another version is the iPhone 5 that compatible with CDMA2000 network. CDMA2000 iPhone 5 (A1442) is the one offers by China Telecom.

Both iPhone 5 also manufactured in Zhengzhou, China.

The latest rumours suggested that launch date of iPhone 5 in China falls on December 14th, 2012.
