FCC document reveals that Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini GT-i8190 comes with Bluetooth 4.9, WiFi, GPS, FM radio and GLONASS. The FCC document also confirmed that there will be no 4G LTE for this device. Since it is just a middle end device, 4G LTE is unlikely to feature as well.
