From the leaked images, it is clearly shows that the Oppo Finder is running on Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean. From the home screen and menu screen, it does not look like a custom ROM. It should be the official version of Jelly Bean that released by Oppo. At the moment, everything might in the testing stage yet.
