ZTE Unveils ZTE V985 Smartphone And ZTE V8300 Phablet At PT/EXPO COMM CHINA 2012

At this PT/EXPO COMM CHINA 2012 event, ZTE unveils two new devices - ZTE V985 and ZTE V8300. ZTE V985 is the world thinnest quad-core smartphone while the ZTE V8300 is a 5 inch phablet.

World's Thinnest Quad-Core Smartphone ZTE V985 hands on

ZTE V985 is the world's thinnest quad-core smartphone. The average thickness is 8.6mm but the thinnest dimension is only 7.9mm. The 7.9mm is very thin for a smartphone. The display of ZTE V985 is 4.5 inch touchscreen display with 1184 x 720 resolution. The camera of ZTE V985 with 8-megapixel. It supports 1080p HD video recording. 

The specs of ZTE V985 are very powerful as well. ZTE V985 comes with 1.5GHz NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad-core processor. The RAM memory is 1GB. To make ZTE V985 perfect, it runs on Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich. Lets move on to the ZTE V8300 phablet.

ZTE V8300 is another new device from ZTE with dual-SIM and dual standby support. It is a phablet which is going to challenge the Samsung Galaxy Note and LG Optimus VU at the phablet market. ZTE V8300 comes with a 5 inch WVGA touchscreen display. The camera comes with 5-megapixel and supports 1080p HD video recording.
