From the latest benchmark result from Rightware, Samsung currently working on a device with the code name of Samsung TE4. The Samsung TE4 comes with a dual-core 1.7GHz Cortex A15 processor and a Mali-T604 GPU. It could be Exynos 5 SOC that Samsung unveiled earlier this year. The display resolution of Samsung TE4 is 1280 x 752.
From the benchmark result, we found out that the screen resolution is a bit lower for a high tech future Galaxy S4. Perhaps Samsung should equip it with better resolution display to compete with Nokia Lumia 920 with PureMotion HD+. From the name Samsung TE4, it might related to the Samsung Galaxy S4 as both have the number 4 digit. But we dont know what the TE means.
If Samsung Mobile really working on the Samsung Galaxy S4, then it will announce at MWC 2013 early next year. The Galaxy S4 to run on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean as well. [Source]
