Pantech Unveils Quad-Core With 2GB RAM Phablet - Pantech Vega R3

(GSM Insider) With the success of Samsung Galaxy Note and LG Optimus VU, there are many companies like to follow the footstep of Samsung and LG by introducing the phablet to the market. Lenovo Lephone K860 is of the latest to join the phablet party. And now, Korean manufacturer Pantech joins the phablet party with Pantech Vega R3.

Here are the key specifications of Pantech Vega R3 phablet:

Display: 5.3 inches IPS display with 1280 x 720 resolution
Processor: Snapdragon S4 PRO APQ8064 quad-core
Operating system: Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich
RAM memory: 2GB
Camera: 13 mega-pixel shooter
Extras: microSD expansion, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS

From the key specifications, it is disappointed that such powerful device never preloaded with Jelly Bean. The Jelly Bean certainly makes it perfect with the combination of quad-core processor and 2GB of ROM. The camera is a high quality one as well.
