China Mobile shows of many new products at PT/EXPO COMM CHINA 2012 in Beijing, one of them is the Samsung Galaxy Note i9228. 

As a flagship phablet, China Mobile Galaxy Note i9228 comes with 5.3 inch Super AMOLED display with 1280 x 800 resolution. The size of display makes it falls under the phablet category and not smartphone category. 

Furthermore, the processor of China Mobile Galaxy Note i9228 is 1.4GHz dual-core processor and the RAM memory is 1GB. Its camera is 8-megapixel lens. The battery capacity is 2500mAh.  [Source]
