(GSM Insider) - 5,000 Units Of Oppo Find 5 Sells Out In Less Than 2 Hours.

The Oppo Find 5 on sale in China earlier today, 25 February 2013. However, the 32GB version of Oppo Find 5 sells out in less than 2 hours. The Oppo Find 5 on sale on 10am (China local time) and sells out about  one and half hour later. This clearly shows the high popularity of Oppo Find 5 among the Chinese.


Oppo Find 5 was the first 1080p Full HD phablet from a Chinese manufacturer. It features a 5-inch FHD display, 1.7GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM and 13-megapixels main camera. It runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. 

Oppo Find 5 is available in 16GB and 32GB version. The 16GB Oppo Find 5 selling at RMB $2998 while the 32GB Oppo Find 5 selling at RMB $3298. The pricing of Oppo Find 5 is considered high in China when compared to other same specs' devices. 

The 32GB Oppo Find 5 already sold out at the moment on Oppo website. No news yet when the Oppo Find 5 going to open for sale again.

Display and resolution:

The LG Optimus G Pro has a 5.5-inch display with 1080p Full HD resolution while Sony Xperia V has 4.3-inch display and the Sony Xperia T has 4.55-inch display. The resolution of both Sony devices is the same at 720p HD. 

Processor, RAM and ROM:

LG Optimus G Pro is powered by 1.7GHz Snapdragon 600 APQ8064T quad-core processor and 2GB of RAM. On the other hand, Sony Xperia V is powered by 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 MSM8960 and Sony Xperia T is powered by Snapdragon S4 MSM8260. Both Snapdragon S4 processors are dual-core and the RAM also 1GB.

The LG Optimus G Pro has 32GB of ROM followed by Sony Xperia T with 16GB then the Sony Xperia V with 8GB. All three devices supported MicroSD expansion. 

Camera

LG Optimus G Pro, Sony Xperia V and Sony Xperia T are having the 13-megapixels camera. But the front-facing camera that's making the difference. LG Optimus G Pro with 2.1-megapixels while Sony Xperia V with VGA and Sony Xperia T with 1.3-megapixel.

Battery

LG Optimus G Pro has the largest capacity battery at 3140mAh while Sony Xperia V and Sony Xperia T have the battery less than 2000mAh.

Verdict

LG Optimus G Pro and "The Bond Phone" Sony Xperia V are supported the LTE. If you need the fast speed of LTE, you can go for either one. LG Optimus G Pro is running on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean out of the box but the Sony Xperia V and Sony Xperia T are running on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. But the Jelly Bean update is scheduled for arrival to both Sony devices soon. You should decide yourself on which one to purchase after reading the analysis at above.

The BlackBerry Z10 and BlackBerry Q10 are the whole new BlackBerry 10 devices. These two devices are truly different from the previous BlackBerry devices. The BlackBerry company depends on these two BlackBerry Z10 and BlackBerry Q10 to turn their company around in the smartphone market.
