It has been awhile since the rumours about the upcoming Nokia Lumia for the Verizon. And yet, another device pop-up earlier today.

According to the Verge, Nokia Lumia 920 heading to Verizon but with different name. It will not call as the Nokia Lumia 920. At the moment, only the codename reveals, known as the Nokia Laser. 

The source added that the Nokia Laser having the specs that close to the Nokia Lumia 920. It will be interesting if Nokia changing the name of its device to more "dramatic" name.

Besides the Nokia Laser, Verizon also welcoming the Nokia Catwalk. Nokia Catwalk is said to feature aluminium body design. On December last year, GSM Insider revealed that a device with the name of Nokia Lumia 922 is heading to Verizon. Either Nokia Laser or Nokia Catwalk could be the Nokia Lumia 922.

Actually it is not so special after all because Nokia India already removed the LTE references from the official Nokia India website. The main reason is because the Nokia Lumia 920 does support 9 LTE bands but non-of those bands working in India (Disappointed!).

The 4G LTE bandwidth in India is based on TD-LTE which is similar like the network of China Mobile. China Mobile using TD-LTE and TD-SCDMA networks. However, the 9 LTE bands that supported by Nokia Lumia 920 do not include the TD-LTE. In order words, the Nokia Lumia 920 does not support local LTE network in India. 

If you purchased the Nokia Lumia 920 from India, you might able to access the LTE networks outside India. This is a good news for you. If you purchased Nokia Lumia 920T from China and heading to India soon, you device might able to work on local LTE network. Nokia Lumia 920T is the Nokia Lumia 920 variant for China Mobile.

Russian Can Now Wireless Charging Nokia Lumia 920 / 820 At Red Espresso Cafe

(GSM Insider) - When Nokia unveiled the Qi Wireless Charging, it promised that there will be local coffee shop that offering such service. The first coffee house to struck the deal is the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf that located in the United States.

Other than Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf in the United States, Red Expresso Coffee House in the Russia also agreed with Nokia to offer the Wireless Charging pad. In other words, those of you located in Russia and using Nokia Lumia 920 and Nokia Lumia 820 can now enjoy the service. 

Red Expresso stores across the Moscow offering the wireless charging to its customers. Seems like the introduction of wireless charging spurred other manufacturers introduced wireless charging as well.

At the moment, there are not enough public places that offering such services. It needs time before the wireless charging going to be a trend and available everywhere.
